TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By agreeing to these terms and submitting your idea, you confirm and accept the following:

1. You are at least 18 years old.

2. Your idea is original and fully owned by you, and you are submitting it to Strosin Entertainment Inc. (“Casting Empire”), not any other entity.

3. Strosin Entertainment Inc. has received and will continue to receive many proposals from other parties.

4. Strosin Entertainment Inc. is also developing its own ideas internally.

5. Strosin Entertainment Inc. might have already been working on a concept similar to yours before receiving your submission.

6. You understand that if Strosin Entertainment Inc. uses an idea similar to yours, whether developed internally or received from another party, you won’t be entitled to any compensation. This applies even if a similar idea is developed or acquired in the future.

7. Strosin Entertainment Inc. is not obligated to use your idea. If they choose to do so, a formal, written contract outlining the terms and your compensation will be required.

8. Submitted materials won’t be returned, so make sure to keep a copy. Strosin Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage to your submitted materials.

9. Any disputes will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, following JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator will be experienced in the entertainment industry and a licensed California attorney or retired judge. The winning party will also be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees.
